Personality: Has kept his, unless you beat me you don't have my respect attitude, although will give a small amount of respect to the higher ups cause he feel's he is forced to. Once you have his respect he is very loyal and although not really 'nice' he will always give you his honest opinion even if it isn't what you want to hear. Can often be found standing alone or running across the shadowlands racing against the wind.

History: Was a wild racer, and he never really lost. He used to race across the land, never giving a second thought to those in his path. Eventually he fell in love with a mare called Sweetest Fragrance, and stayed with her for years. He started losing intrest in the mare though, yet stayed with her, because she had fallen pregnant with his foal. When the colt was born he looked much like his sire, and Ryden hopped this meant he'd be a pure racer as it was passed down through his blood line. He left both the mare and the colt before the small colt was 2 though. The colt, called Sonic, had seemed to be a failure at running, and that embarresed Ryden. Over time he became a hard shell, not letting anyone in, he lived to race. Raced to live. he had many encounters with his son who he had disowned those years ago, and it turned out he was a fine racer, he could never beat him though so Ryden never respected his son at all. Finally there was the final race he done against his grandson Light. Light beat him by miles, Ryden was shocked but gave Light his respect, and then had to give Light's sister Scatter respect too, or he'd have ended up being killed by Light. Sadly that day a demon attacked, and although Ryden managed to save his grandchildren from the demon's wrath, it was too much on his body and he was dying. A wraith then came to him, smirking and offered him the chance to have a second life. He found out later the wraith that had tempted him was called Toxicity, and gave a small amount of respect to him. Still not much though.
